Since you can set ATGrabber to automatically take screenshots and record data in timed intervals (for example, every 15 minutes), when new screenshots and recordings are taken the old ones are moved to the archive folder that you set. You can also set how many files you want to have stored in the archive folders. For example, if you set the amount of recordings and screenshots to store at 50, then the 50 most recent screenshots and data recordings will be saved.
